Job summary

PT Vinfast Automobile Indonesia is seeking a Logistics Data Coordinator to manage and maintain logistics data across inventory, warehouse, material movement, and shipment records. This role supports daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare and analyze logistics reports, ensure data accuracy and consistency, and coordinate with warehouse, production, and purchasing to keep data up to date.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Good English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain logistics data across inventory, warehouse, material movement, and shipment records.
• Prepare, update, and analyze logistics reports to support daily operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across logistics systems and reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, purchasing, and related departments for timely data updates.
• Perform data entry, validation, reconciliation, and reporting of logistics activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics data and processes.
