Job summary
PT Vinfast Automobile Indonesia is seeking an experienced Production Group Leader to oversee operations across General Assembly, Body Shop, Paint Shop, and Stamping Shop in West Java (Subang area). The role focuses on leading daily production, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering/Manufacturing, with 5+ years of production leadership experience, preferably in automotive
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in production with leadership experience.
- Experience in Automotive General Assembly, Body Shop, Paint Shop or Stamping preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality and manpower management.
- Good leadership, problem-solving and communication skills; English proficiency required.
- Willing to work 6 days with shift system.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production activities and manage manpower within the assigned shop.
- Monitor production targets, productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
- Ensure production processes follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Identify production issues and coordinate with related departments for countermeasures.
- Monitor manpower utilization and ensure effective shift operations.
- Ensure safety, 5S, and production standards are properly implemented.
