Job summary

PT. Megavape International Indonesia seeks a Mandarin Translator/Interpreter to bridge communication between Mandarin-speaking management and Indonesian staff in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, HS K preferred, and prior translation experience in manufacturing are ideal. You will translate meetings, documents, SOPs, and assist coordination while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
• HSK certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience as Mandarin Translator/Interpreter in manufacturing preferred.
• Good understanding of Mandarin business and workplace terminology.
• Able to translate accurately and communicate information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Translate and interpret communication between Mandarin-speaking management and Indonesian employees
• Provide Mandarin–Indonesian translation during meetings, discussions, and daily work activities
• Assist in translating company documents, SOPs, instructions, reports, and other related materials
• Accompany Mandarin-speaking management during production and other operational activities when required
• Ensure information and instructions are communicated accurately between Chinese and Indonesian teams
• Assist departments in communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking management
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents
• Perform other translation and administrative tasks as assigned by management

About you

Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent

Good understanding of Mandarin business and workplace terminology

Able to translate accurately and communicate information clearly
