Job summary

Responsibilities include liaising with internal teams, proofreading translations, providing process improvements, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English required.
• Proven experience as professional translator preferred in business settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English.
• Willingness to be placed in Cikarang, Indonesia.

• Translate documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
• Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and appropriate.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand context and requirements.
• Proofread and edit translations to maintain high quality standards.
• Provide feedback to improve translation processes and workflows.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

• Asist with other administrative task as needed

Qualification :

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to translate verbal, and formal written mandarin. And fluent in reading formal mandarin documents
• Proven experience as professional translator preferably in a business or commercial setting
• Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in both mandarin and english
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang
