Job summary
Global Ecotech Systems, operating under the EcoTech brand, seeks a Technical AI Support Specialist to join our Jakarta team on-site. You will bridge principals, partners, and customers, assisting with configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, inquiries, and escalation, while documenting knowledge and supporting onboarding and PoCs.

Qualifications
- Strong communication with principals, partners, customers and internal teams.
- Mandarin proficiency and strong interest in AI solutions.
- Solid IT fundamentals: networking, system configuration, and enterprise environments.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian.
- Experience with AI, SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, or infrastructure is a plus.
- Ability to read and create technical documentation and partner support materials.
Responsibilities
- Support principal partners and local partner ecosystem through configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Handle technical inquiries and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation and support partner onboarding and training.
- Assist with PoCs and demonstrations to showcase solutions.
- Coordinate with principal engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
