Zusammenfassung
Global Ecotech Systems, operating under the EcoTech brand, seeks a Technical AI Support Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Jakarta. You will support principal partners and the local partner ecosystem, assisting with configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, inquiries, and escalation.
You will also maintain technical docs, assist with onboarding and training, and coordinate with principal engineering teams to resolve issues.
Qualifikationen
- Strong communication with principals, partners, customers and internal teams.
- Solid IT fundamentals: networking, system configuration and enterprise environments.
- Diagnose issues, manage support tickets, escalate as needed.
- Experience with AI, SaaS, cloud, enterprise software or infrastructure is a plus.
- Ability to read technical documentation and create partner support materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering preferred.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; Mandarin is a plus.
- On-site work in Jakarta required.
Aufgaben
- Act as a technical bridge between principals, partners and customers.
- Assist with product configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, inquiries and escalation.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and partner onboarding materials.
- Support PoCs and demonstrations for partners and customers.
- Coordinate with principal engineering teams to resolve issues effectively.
