Job summary

PT Suprabakti Mandiri is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Field Engineer to provide on-site technical support across industrial projects in Indonesia. You will translate customer needs into technical solutions, support regional sales with proposals, and conduct site inspections and commissioning.

Travel to remote locations is expected. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, has 3+ years in industrial settings, and can communicate fluently in Mandarin with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial environments (Power generation, Cement, Mining, Manufacturing).
• Active Mandarin language skills are mandatory.
• Able to read Mandarin technical documents and interact with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Willing to travel extensively to customer sites, including remote areas. 2–3 months at remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for industrial products and solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support Regional Sales & Business Development in product selection, proposals, and presentations.
• Conduct product inspection, commissioning, troubleshooting, and on-site support.
• Coordinate with principals, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Prepare technical reports from site surveys and assessments.
• Continuously develop product knowledge of latest industrial technologies.
