You will support logistics, monitor payments, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Bachelor’s degree required; Mandarin fluency is essential; relevant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency as working language (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; relevant major preferred.
• Relevant working experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing product quotations.
• Collect and upload documents for contract approval.
• Coordinate with sales and risk control to provide required documents for risk assessment.
• Handle product outbound shipments and logistics arrangements.
• Monitor outstanding payments and remind sales team of collections and overdue accounts.
