Qualifications

Proven sales experience of at least one year; banking sector preferred, but strong candidates in Chinese companies are welcome.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients by providing superior customer service and tailored financial advice.
Identify business opportunities by understanding client needs and proposing bank products that meet financial objectives.
Manage client accounts and respond to queries with accuracy and urgency.
Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Stay abreast of digital banking trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and service.
Conduct presentations and meetings in Mandarin to ensure clear communication with clients.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
