Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain strong, professional relationships throughout the service process.
• Understand client needs and provide timely support regarding consulting services, project progress, documentation, and required follow-ups.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a high level of client satisfaction.
• Follow up on client inquiries, requests, and ongoing cases, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
• Provide Mandarin-Indonesian/English translation and interpretation for documents, meetings, and day-to-day business communication.
• Handle client concerns and complaints professionally, coordinating with relevant teams to identify appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records, case updates, reports, and administrative documentation.
• Proactively identify client needs and ensure a consistent and positive client experience throughout the engagement.
