You will analyze client needs, present retail banking products, achieve sales targets, process transactions accurately, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver seamless service while upholding regulatory compliance. Fluency in English is assumed; Mandarin is a strong plus.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail banking or sales within a banking/financial services environment
• Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin a plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client portfolios
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Solid knowledge of deposits, loans, and investment products

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients within the assigned portfolio
• Conduct needs analysis to identify suitable banking products and services
• Present and promote a wide range of retail banking products (deposits, loans, investments, insurance)
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance objectives for client acquisition and product uptake
• Prepare and present tailored financial proposals and solutions
• Process banking transactions accurately while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly
• Participate in branch marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our systems
• Collaborate with branch colleagues to deliver seamless service and identify cross-selling opportunities
