Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage or perishable goods.
• Experience leading regional sales teams and multi-site distributor networks.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin Chinese; English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue, volume, and distribution targets in East Java.
• Identify new territories, channels, and retail opportunities to expand coverage.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, sub-distributors, wholesalers, and trade partners.
• Monitor distributor performance against KPIs, inventory turnover, and coverage.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, promotions, and business development.
• Coach Area Sales Managers and sales teams to build a high-performing regional unit.
• Set KPIs, call plans, field standards, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct market visits, analyze competitor activity and market trends.
