Job summary

PT.BIGSELLER TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA is seeking a proactive Marketing & Events Associate to plan and execute marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns. You will coordinate with vendors, clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and post-event evaluation.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, strong Mandarin fluency, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Event, Partnership, or related fields.
Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
Able to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and partners.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute company marketing activities, events, and promotional activities.
Coordinate and communicate with vendors, clients, partners, and other external parties.
Support event preparation, execution, and post-event evaluation.
Attend meetings with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, and event-related documents.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
Conduct market research and monitor marketing trends to support company growth.
Handle other marketing and event-related tasks as needed
