Job summary

PT Bigseller Technology Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Inbound / Training Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to drive customer training and onboarding. The role focuses on delivering product demonstrations, guiding customers, and identifying business opportunities through inbound inquiries.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin, comfortable with public speaking, and capable of collaborating across teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in any major.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in Training, Customer Service, BD or Sales is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• English communication is an advantage.
• Public speaking and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Willing to learn new products and technologies.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience in the e-commerce or SaaS industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Provide onboarding and guidance to new customers on using the company's products.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and identify business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare training materials and product presentations.
• Support marketing events, webinars, and customer workshops when required.
• Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations for product improvement.
