Job summary

Indonesia Bole Yuma Human Resources Group is seeking a Mandarin Speaker/Mandarin Translator to join our Semarang office on a full-time basis. The role focuses on translating documents and facilitating communications between Mandarin-speaking clients and our English-speaking teams.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English, with experience in translation and strong organizational skills to support our admin and HR functions in expanding into Chinese-speaking markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with business document translation preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate Mandarin translation for documents, correspondence, and communications.
• Facilitate verbal communication between Mandarin speakers and English-speaking staff during meetings.
• Translate contracts, reports, presentations, and marketing materials accurately.
• Assist onboarding of Mandarin-speaking employees or clients with administrative processes.
• Coordinate multilingual administrative tasks and maintain records of translations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support HR in communicating policies to Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of international meetings.
