Job summary

Indonesia Bole Yuma Human Resources Group in Kendal, Central Java seeks a Mandarin Speaker/Translator to support multilingual communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and English-speaking staff. This full-time role focuses on accurate translation and interpretation of business documents, emails, and contracts to facilitate international projects and client relationships.

You will work with our administrative team, maintain translation records, and contribute to glossaries.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin with strong English skills and excellent writing ability.
• Experience as translator/interpreter in business or admin settings preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Translate Mandarin to English and vice versa for documents, emails, and communications.
• Provide consecutive or simultaneous interpretation for client meetings and internal sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy and consistency of translations.
• Support administration and management of translation databases and glossaries.
