PT NEW CORAL SEA in West Java is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the full HR lifecycle at our Subang factory. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding while aligning with both local and Chinese management.

This role requires ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, developing HR policies and SOPs, and supporting organizational development and workforce planning; occasional business trips are expected.
