Job summary

MatchaTalent is partnering with a fast-growing Indonesian manufacturing and commercial group to appoint a Group HR Manager. The role will standardize HR frameworks across headquarters and multiple facilities, manage Chinese expatriate workforce, and ensure labor compliance in Indonesia.

Reporting to the Group Owner, you will lead KPI and performance systems, mentor plant HR teams, and drive talent management across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR and general affairs experience.
• Experience managing HR across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and workforce compliance.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and implement group-wide HR policies and procedures across subsidiaries and facilities.
• Design and implement KPI, performance evaluation, and performance management frameworks.
• Lead talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and HR practices across the group.
• Serve as primary HR liaison between Group Owner, expatriate management, plant leadership, and local HR teams.
• Manage expatriate employment administration including work permits, immigration, and onboarding.
