Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Group HR Manager to lead the standardization and rollout of group-wide HR frameworks across headquarters and several manufacturing facilities in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing HR, strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, and the ability to work closely with the Group Owner, Chinese expatriate management, and plant leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Law, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in HR/General Affairs with managerial experience.
• Experience across manufacturing sites and labor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and implement group-wide HR policies across HQ and facilities.
• Design KPI, performance evaluation, and management frameworks for roles.
• Ensure Indonesian labor compliance and effective labor relations.
• Manage Chinese expatriate workforce needs, permits, and cross-cultural issues.
• Lead and mentor plant HR teams across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with owner and senior management on workforce strategy.
