Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia, a fast-growing Indonesian manufacturing and commercial group, seeks a Group HR Manager to standardize and implement group-wide HR frameworks across headquarters and multiple facilities.

Reporting directly to the Group Owner, the role focuses on professionalizing HR management, KPI and performance systems, labor compliance, and expatriate workforce governance across sites with Mandarin fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Law, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• 8+ years HR/GA experience with 3+ years in managerial/group-level role.
• Experience across multiple manufacturing sites and large employee populations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and employment contracts.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and implement group-wide HR policies and procedures.
• Design KPI, performance evaluation, and management frameworks for leadership levels.
• Strengthen talent management, organizational development, and succession planning.
• Serve as primary HR liaison between group owner, expatriate management, and local teams.
• Oversee expatriate employment administration, work permits, and immigration requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
• Guide management on PKWT, PKWTT, terminations, and employee relations.
• Lead plant-level HR teams and standardize reporting across units.
