Job summary

The role reports to the Group Owner and focuses on KPI-driven HR management, compliance, and expatriate workforce governance.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in HR within manufacturing, strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, and fluent Mandarin Chinese to liaise with expatriate management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and implement group-wide HR policies and procedures across multiple facilities.
• Design KPI, performance evaluation, and management frameworks for mid- and senior‑level leaders.
• Strengthen talent management, organizational development, and succession planning across the group.
