Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin (spoken & written) mandatory.
• Proficient in English; additional language is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high guest service standards and act as hotel ambassador.
• Aim for LQA audit results 85%+ and CSS results 5+; promote hotel and outlets.
• Minimize guest complaints and follow up with Operations when needed.
• Assist with reception duties in case of immediate need.
