Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years as Personal/Executive Assistant or Mandarin interpreter.
• Fluent in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese preferred).
• HSK Level 4 or higher encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between General Manager of Operations and Taiwan-based Head Office.
• Interpret and translate Mandarin, English, and Indonesian communication.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and operational activities.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and business correspondence.
• Follow up on operational action plans and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager of Operations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company information.
