Job summary

PT China Taiping Insurance Indonesia is seeking a proactive insurance sales professional to develop and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, agents, and business partners in Batam. You will identify and pursue new general insurance opportunities and conduct marketing visits to prospective clients.

You will coordinate with internal departments to support client needs, contribute to branch growth, and be willing to be placed in Medan.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
• Mandarin speaking ability is required.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Having experience in marketing, sales, customer relations, or the insurance industry will be an advantage.
• Target-oriented and willing to build strong business relationships.
• Willing to be placed in Medan.
