Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales professional in the FMCG industry.
• Experience in managing sales territories is an advantage.
• Good understanding of distribution systems and sales territory management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Independent, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to travel extensively throughout Sumatra according to the company's operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales and distribution targets within the assigned area.
• Conduct regular visits to outlets and distributors according to the work plan.
• Develop and expand the active outlet network.
• Ensure product availability and product displays meet company standards.
• Analyze market potential and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports.
