Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead territory coverage across the Sumatera region, with emphasis on expanding distribution through licensed wholesalers, sub-distributors, and authorized agents. The role is field-based and targets achieving sales KPIs through proactive market penetration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Supervisor or 5 years as Sales Representative (Tobacco/FMCG).
• Strong understanding of distribution systems and area development.
• Target-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Strong selling skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs in the assigned territory.
• Develop and expand distribution through licensed wholesalers, sub-distributors, and authorized agents.
• Support the implementation of a structured multi-tier distribution system (principal–distributor–agent–retail).
• Strengthen distribution foundations before entering small retail outlets.
• Execute trade programs and ensure proper implementation in the field.
• Monitor stock movement, pricing stability, product availability, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas.
• Prepare regular sales performance and territory reports to the Sales Manager.
• Spend majority of time in the field to ensure effective market coverage and execution.
