Training and onboarding are provided. Bahasa Indonesia is a plus, and candidates must be legally eligible to work full-time in Indonesia.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Lead Qualification / Telesales Agent to support a B2B client.

Native or near-native Mandarin is the core requirement for this role. The position focuses on lead qualification and outreach via WhatsApp and outbound calls, following structured scripts and campaign instructions. The agent works closely with internal supervisors and operates strictly under campaign direction to maximize conversion and meeting/lead outcomes.

This is a full-time, office-based position at our Jakarta Grand Slipi Tower office. Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and WhatsApp conversations in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking business contacts
• Identify and validate potential customer leads from online sources (marketplaces, social media, public directories, etc.)
• Execute structured outreach using call lists, scripts, and daily priorities
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and document outcomes clearly
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking sheets (lead status, notes, next steps)
• Nurture prospects and support pipeline progression (follow-ups, reminders, re-contacting)
• Provide consistent reporting on activity and performance (calls, chats, outcomes, conversions)

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Mandarin (written + spoken), including business-level phone communication
• Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
• Experience in telesales, lead qualification, call center, telemarketing, or B2B customer outreach is a strong advantage
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style
• Comfortable with frequent outbound calls and target-based outreach
• Able to follow scripts, processes, and campaign guidelines precisely
• Proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently on-site
