Job summary

PT LUXFELINE GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY is seeking a Mandarin interpreter to facilitate real-time communication between Mandarin-speaking leadership and Indonesian teams on-site in Jakarta. You will interpret during management meetings, client discussions, and briefings, and accompany management to external meetings with vendors and government agencies.

The role requires excellent Mandarin listening skills, HS K 5 (HSK 6 is a plus), fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, and proficiency with MS Office.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of company information, contracts, and business discussions.

Clarify technical terms and instructions so that all parties share the same understanding and misunderstandings are avoided.

Coordinate schedules, communication, and information flow between departments as needed.

Maintain strict confidentiality of company information, contracts, and business discussions.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and listening Mandarin, able to follow fast conversations and different accents (mandatory).

Minimum HSK 5 certificate; HSK 6 is an added advantage.

Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.

Minimum 1 year of experience as an interpreter, translator, or Mandarin-speaking assistant; fresh graduates with outstanding Mandarin skills may be considered.

Prior experience working with Chinese companies or Chinese management is a strong plus.

Quick thinker, calm under pressure, and able to speak clearly and confidently in front of senior management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Willing to be placed on-site and to work Monday to Saturday.

Salary: Rp 12,000,000 – 15,000,000 (negotiable for strong candidates).
