Job summary

PT LUXFELINE GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY is seeking a Mandarin interpreter to facilitate real-time communication between Mandarin-speaking leadership and Indonesian teams on-site in Jakarta. You will interpret during management meetings, client discussions, and briefings, and accompany management to external meetings with vendors and government agencies.

The role requires excellent Mandarin listening skills, HS K 5 (HSK 6 is a plus), fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and listening Mandarin (mandatory).
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Interpret between Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, and English during management meetings, client discussions, phone calls, and project briefings.
• Act as the main language liaison between Chinese-speaking leadership and local teams on site and in the office.
• Accompany management to external meetings with vendors, contractors, partners, and government agencies.
• Translate day-to-day business documents, including emails, meeting minutes, progress reports, SOPs, and technical specifications.
• Prepare clear meeting summaries and follow-up lists, and track action items to completion.
• Clarify technical terms and instructions so that all parties share the same understanding.
• Coordinate schedules, communication, and information flow between departments.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company information, contracts, and business discussions.
