Aman’s Amankila in Manggis, Bali seeks a Mandarin Guest Host to manage daily Front Office operations and guest relations. Reporting to Front Office Manager, you will host Mandarin-speaking guests and ensure service excellence.

You'll lead guest interactions, provide local information, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to meet guest needs. The role emphasizes FSMS compliance and high standards of luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency and excellent communication in English
• 2–3 years in Mandarin guest relations in luxury hospitality
• Bachelor level education or diploma in Mandarin language
• Strong guest service mindset and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service per Aman’s standards.
• Train Front Office staff in guest interactions, service excellence and FSMS.
• Provide information on resort, attractions, and cultural experiences.
• Oversee check-ins/outs and concierge services with professionalism.
• Maintain Front Desk areas to reflect resort standards.
• Assist with airport transfers and special events as needed.
