Aman Group’s Amankila in Bali seeks a Mandarin Guest Host to manage daily Front Office operations and guest interactions, guided by Aman’s Seva standards. You will coordinate with teams, provide resort information, and ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in Mandarin guest relations within luxury hospitality, excellent communication, and proactive teamwork. This role offers growth in a prestigious ultra-luxury setting.

Qualifikationen

• Mandarin guest relation experience, 2–3 years, in luxury hospitality.
• Bachelor's or diploma in Mandarin language education.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, team-player, self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Lead by example, ensuring all team members deliver exceptional guest service in line with Aman standards.
• Train Front Office staff in guest interactions, service excellence and professionalism.
• Provide detailed information about the resort and local attractions to guests.
• Foster teamwork across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Oversee Front Office operations, including check-ins/outs and concierge services.
• Ensure FSMS protocols are followed in dining, minibar and guest areas.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Maintain the Front Desk and related areas in pristine condition.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for guest requests.
• Assist with airport transfers and guest transportation arrangements.
• Participate in special events and ensure guests are well attended.
• Maintain guest records, folios and feedback logs accurately.
• Compile daily handovers for the next shift and communicate outstanding tasks.
• Assist in controlling Front Office expenses and budgeting compliance.
