Job summary

HARA AgriTech is seeking a Mandarin-speaking inside sales professional to convert inbound chats into customers and drive revenue. You will identify cross-sell opportunities, manage the sales pipeline from chat to close, and maintain high CSAT by delivering accurate, empathetic support in Mandarin and English.

The role requires 2–3 years in SaaS/IT product sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a diploma or degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, spoken and written.
• HSK certificate level 4–6 or equivalent proficiency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Mandarin.
• 2–3 years of inside sales in SaaS/IT product sales.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound chat inquiries and leads into paying customers by communicating product value and benefits.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities during customer interactions to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial chat engagement to closing deals and meeting monthly targets.
• Provide exceptional, prompt customer support through live chat channels in Mandarin and English.
• Maintain high CSAT by delivering professional, empathetic, and accurate assistance.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and product teams to report recurring technical issues or customer trends.
