Job summary

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Development Lead to optimize processes and oversee modernization of storage, layout redesign, and automation initiatives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance to ensure timely project delivery, track KPIs, and develop SOPs. The role requires 6+ years in warehouse/logistics and hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Accounting, Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Warehouse Operations/ Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Continuous Improvement/ Internal Audit/ Warehouse Development/ Project Management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, warehouse layout, storage optimization, and warehouse process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, inventory control systems, or warehouse automation technologies.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational work instructions.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Warehouse, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), PDCA, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational issues, evaluate data, and recommend effective solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, data analysis, and reporting. Proficient in Google Sheets, including advanced functions such as IMPORTRANGE, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, and data visualization.
