Job summary

PT.Global Papua Abadi is seeking a Technology Infrastructure & Security Lead to oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure while safeguarding systems, networks, and data.

You will lead the infrastructure and security team, collaborate with cross‑functional units to align IT security with business needs, and drive ISO 27001 compliance through policies, risk assessments, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure and information security management, with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid infrastructure (on-premises + cloud), networking, firewalls, server virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Familiar with cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
• Knowledge of ERP and GIS integration is a plus.

Technology Infrastructure & Security Lead

The Technology Infrastructure and Security Lead oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure. This role is also responsible for safeguarding the company's systems, networks, and data by ensuring robust security measures are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing, implementing, and maintaining IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, network environments, data communication, cloud, and backup systems)

Ensure system, network, and data security through effective policies and controls

Ensure information security and compliance with ISO 27001 through policies, risk assessments, and audits.

Supervise, mentor, and develop the IT infrastructure and security team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT security with business needs.

Develop, implement, and regularly test the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience (7+ years) in IT infrastructure and information security management, with team leadership responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of hybrid infrastructure (on-premises + cloud), networking, firewalls (IDS/IPS, VPN, Zero Trust), server virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Familiar with cybersecurity (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls), IoT, and OT Security.

Knowing ERP and GIS integration will be an advantage
