Job summary

PT ADARO ANDALAN INDONESIA TBK is seeking a senior IT Infrastructure leader to design and run our networks, on‑premises and cloud servers, storage, and security systems in Jakarta. The role focuses on IT service performance using SLOs/SLIs, incident and change management, disaster recovery, and close collaboration with stakeholders and vendors to meet business goals.

Job description

• Design and implement IT infrastructure, including networks, on-premises and cloud servers, storage, and security systems.
• Define and monitor IT service performance using SLOs, SLIs, and key metrics (incident, availability, user satisfaction).

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master degree (S2) is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years experience in IT infrastructure, operations, network, ideally at a Section Head/team leadership / managerial level in an enterprise environment.
• Strong skill in leadership, project management, communication, analytical, and problem solving.
• Deep knowledge of IT Service Management / ITIL-aligned practices, including SLA/SLO management, incident management, problem management, change management, and capacity planning.
• Solid experience in security governance, compliance, risk management, and control design, with the ability to translate security requirements into operational standards and measurable outcomes.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
