Job summary

Techconnect seeks a seasoned security operations leader to oversee IT security across networks, cybersecurity, and endpoints in Jakarta. You will report security posture to management and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive KPI performance.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in IT security operations, with experience in SIEM, patch management, DLP, anti-DDoS, sandbox, and AI security technologies. Indonesian work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in information technology security operations.
• Experience across network security, cybersecurity and endpoint security.
• Experience reporting security posture to management and escalation of incidents.
• Eligible to work in Indonesia.
• Department head level experience is a plus.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.
• Security certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree
• Having knowledge in operational antivirus, SIEM, patch management, DLP, anti-DDoS, sandbox, and AI security technologies
• Minimum 5 years experience in information technology security operations
• Strong experience in information technology security operations across network security, cybersecurity, and endpoint security
• Experience working with senior internal stakeholders, including reporting security posture to management, escalating major incidents, and reviewing KPI performance with leadership
• Eligible to work in Indonesia
• Experience at department head level in security operations is a plus
• Experience leading a team is a plus
• Having security certification is advantaged
