Job summary

PT TOA Coating Indonesia seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead manpower planning, recruitment, and HR operations across the manufacturing site.

You will oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, learning and development, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, collaborating with management and HQ to align HR strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years HR experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws.
• Manufacturing or building materials experience is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
