We are seeking an experienced Manager HCGA to join CV Cahaya Maju in Surabaya, East Java. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to lead and oversee Human Capital, General Affairs, and Legal functions within our organisation.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, general affairs, and legal matters, while ensuring that all policies, processes, and practices are aligned with company objectives and applicable regulations. You will work closely with senior management to support organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Lead and oversee Human Capital/HR, General Affairs, and Legal functions.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with company objectives and applicable regulations.
Manage employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation & benefits, and HR administration.
Oversee General Affairs activities, including office/facility management, company assets, operational support, and employee services.
Coordinate and monitor legal and regulatory matters, including contracts, permits, licenses, corporate documentation, and compliance.
Identify and manage potential HR, GA, and legal risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation and follow-up.
Ensure company policies and practices comply with Indonesian employment laws and other applicable regulations.
Liaise with external parties, government institutions, legal advisors, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders when required.
Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management regarding HR, GA, and legal matters.
Lead, develop, and evaluate the HCGA team to ensure effective and efficient performance.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee, legal, and administrative records.
Support organisational development and continuous improvement initiatives across the company.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/HC, General Affairs, Legal, or a related managerial/supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations and HR practices.
Good understanding of general affairs, corporate administration, contracts, and legal compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Able to work strategically while maintaining strong attention to operational details.
High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and HR-related systems.
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
