Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Jakarta Utara seeks an experienced HRGA Manager to lead HR and general affairs, driving talent acquisition, organizational development, and workplace infrastructure to support growth across IT, manufacturing, and retail distribution.

You will lead recruitment for sales, retail, and manufacturing, update org structures and KPIs, ensure UU Cipta Kerja compliance, oversee training programs, and manage facilities and assets with a proactive, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, law or related field.
• 7–10 years in HR/GA with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and industrial relations.
• Proficient in HRIS, payroll, and SOP creation.
• Experience in training needs analysis and designing internal training programs.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• High initiative, strong interpersonal skills and results-oriented.

Job Role:

The HRGA Manager leads the full spectrum of Human Resources and General Affairs functions, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, and workplace infrastructure. You will drive initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and operational efficiency to support the company's growth across IT, manufacturing, and retail distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, retail, and manufacturing roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Update organizational structures, design job descriptions, and set KPIs to drive performance across all departments.
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and maintain harmonious employee relations.
• Oversee training needs analysis (TNA) and design/conduct internal training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
• Manage site facilities, security, company assets (vehicles/buildings), and labor-related permits.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
• 7-10 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within Technology or Consumer Electronics industries.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and experience in industrial relations.
• Proficient in HRIS, payroll management, and creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Experienced in training needs analysis (TNA) and designing internal training programs and materials.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin for spoken and written communication with stakeholders.
• High initiative, strong interpersonal skills, results-oriented, and capable of fostering a positive organizational culture.
