Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Training & Development or related areas.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project management and process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

Plan, coordinate, and ensure the effective implementation of employee training and development programs in alignment with organizational needs and business objectives. Support the achievement of training targets and organizational KPIs, while identifying and proposing ideas for operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

Develop and prepare training materials based on the established curriculum, syllabus, and job competency standards

Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify employee development and training needs

Evaluate training effectiveness through pre- and post-training assessments, participant feedback, and relevant training metrics

Analyze training evaluation results and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations

Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to support the successful execution of training projects and achievement of project targets

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure training programs are delivered effectively and continuously improved

About you

Bachelor's degree or preferably Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or a related field

Minimum GPA of 3.00

Minimum 3 years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field

Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs and learning initiatives

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, training metrics, and evaluation results to support organizational needs

Experience in project management and process improvement is highly preferred

Good command of English, both written and spoken

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and high attention to detail
