Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Training & Development or related areas.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project management and process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and prepare training materials based on curriculum and job standards.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify development needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and metrics.
• Analyze evaluation results and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
• Provide feedback to support successful training projects and target achievement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver and continuously improve programs.
