GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Management Trainee to join our East Nusa Tenggara team. This full-time role aims to develop the next generation of business leaders through exposure to all aspects of general management and operations in a sustainable ventures environment.

You will work across departments, learn from experienced managers, and contribute to strategic objectives while building a broad skill set for a future permanent leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, economics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant business software.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of business strategies and operational plans.

About the role

This is a full-time position designed to develop the next generation of business leaders within our organisation.
