Responsibilities

• Management trainee participants will fully conduct on-the-job training at Haier Sales Indonesia
• Rotation to all department at Haier Sales Indonesia
• Accomplished study case
• Accomplished several projects in each department
• Analyze business goals, department flow, and strategy
• Analyze major or minor cases in each department
• Find the root cause and countermeasure of each case
• Analyze the action plan of each case to solve the problem
• Analyze the needs of each department to find new innovations
• Join the regular activities in each department

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from a reputable university (International graduate from China/Taiwan are welcome)
• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
• Has campus organizational experiences, high integrity, positive attitude, open minded, strong personality & leadership quality, achievement orientation, excellent communication & analytical skill
• Fluent in Mandarin & English both written and verbal
