Job summary

Trafoindo Group in Jakarta is seeking a proactive sales administrator to manage daily sales activities, liaise with customers, and bridge requests across the company.

The role focuses on developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing ones, and ensuring orders align with budget and production capacity, while monitoring payments, delivery schedules, and contract terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any field (Freshgraduates are welcome to apply)
• Able to implement work program & sales strategies to achieve targets
• Willing to travel on assignment
• Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Ability to speak Mandarin could be an advantage
