Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Mall Leasing Manager to develop and execute leasing strategies that maximize occupancy and revenue. You will attract tenants aligned with the mall's positioning, curate a balanced mix to boost visitor appeal, and maintain strong tenant relationships across renewals and performance improvements.

You will coordinate with design teams for readiness, monitor market trends, and prepare leasing reports to drive strategic decisions and mitigate churn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in mall/retail property leasing.
• Understanding of tenant mix, sales per sqm, and revenue analysis.
• Communicative and strong negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute mall leasing strategies to achieve occupancy, rent per square meter, and leasing revenue targets.
• Seek and attract new tenants that align with the mall's positioning (national brands, F&B, fashion, lifestyle, anchor tenants).
• Develop and manage a balanced tenant mix to increase visitor appeal.
• Maintain good relationships with existing tenants, handle renewal negotiations, complaints, and performance improvements.
• Coordinate with design and fit-out teams to ensure unit readiness before tenant move-in.
• Prepare periodic leasing reports: occupancy, tenant pipeline, expired contracts, potential churn, and mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and incentives in line with revenue targets.
• Actively prospect and present to potential tenants.
