Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Sales Manager/Branch Manager or similar.
• Experience in Building Material Industry preferred.
• Experience forecasting sales and building a customer database.
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance team.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Makassar; applicants from outside the city welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales target and strategy plans for the Makassar branch.
• Plan and develop business partnerships programs to increase partnerships.
• Ensure marketing and communications align with the marketing program.
• Plan and manage operational costs in the branch, including sales and logistics.
• Plan and develop logistics activities, including stock management and delivery of goods.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance sales and operations team.
