Job summary

CATL is seeking an experienced warehouse engineer to optimize layouts, material flow, and automation in its operations in West Java, Indonesia. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in warehouse engineering or logistics.

Applicants should be proficient with WMS and SAP, have strong cost control skills, and demonstrate leadership with meticulous attention to detail. English fluency is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Job description

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in warehouse engineering, warehouse operations, material handling, or supply chain logistics, with a proven track record in process optimization.

3. Advanced understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, and inventory control.

4. Expertise in warehouse layout optimization, material flow design, automation systems, and material handling equipment (MKE) selection.

5. Strong capability in cost control and budgeting.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong financial acumen, leadership, and meticulous attention to detail.

7. Fluent in English both written and verbal. Mandarin will be a plus.
