PT Changsu Industrial Indonesia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in Karawang Timur. You will oversee storage of raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all warehousing processes.
The role requires 3–7 years in warehousing, with 2–3 in leadership, a strong grasp of WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and a focus on safety, 5S, and cost control. Mandarin is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-7 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2-3 years in a Warehouse Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Supervisor role.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, especially in managing raw materials, finished goods, and production-related warehouse operations.
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, warehouse layout, and 5S.
Ability to manage manpower, warehouse capacity, operational costs, and multiple priorities under pressure.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations (Ensure proper storage of raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and other warehouse items according to company standards).
Classify and organize SKUs based on product type, characteristics, movement, storage requirements, and inventory turnover to optimize warehouse space and operational efficiency.
Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel to improve productivity and work quality
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counting, reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, 5S standards, and warehouse procedures.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and warehouse-related issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports, including inventory status and operational performance.
