Job summary

VinFast Automobile Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Group Leader to oversee maintenance across Paint Shop, Body Shop, General Assembly and Stamping Shop. You will lead daily activities, ensure machine reliability, and drive safety and quality in a large automotive manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field, with 5+ years in industrial maintenance and proven leadership, plus strong English and willingness to

• Experience in machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Willing to work 6 days and shift system.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Group Leader to join our Manufacturing team, supporting maintenance activities across Paint Shop, Body Shop, General Assembly, and Stamping Shop.

About you
