Job summary

VinFast Automobile Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Group Leader to oversee maintenance across Paint Shop, Body Shop, General Assembly and Stamping Shop. You will lead daily activities, ensure machine reliability, and drive safety and quality in a large automotive manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field, with 5+ years in industrial maintenance and proven leadership, plus strong English and willingness to

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in industrial/automotive manufacturing maintenance, with leadership experience.
Experience in machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Willing to work 6 days and shift system.

Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance activities and manpower within the assigned shop.
Ensure machine reliability through preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic/hydraulic, and automation systems.
Support robot handling and monitor equipment availability to minimize production downtime.
Ensure safety, quality, and maintenance standards are properly implemented.
